The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from House of Mammashop ApS. The conditions apply in cases where there are no other written agreements between you as the buyer and Mamma-shop.com

When you shop at Mamma-shop.com, all transactions and agreements are made in Danish. Transactions and agreements with children and young people under 18 years can only be made by parents or another adult person who can legally act on behalf of the child or young person. At Mamma-shop.com, you can only order goods via our website. When you shop at Mamma-shop.com, you enter into a transaction with:

Prices

All prices are in local currency and include VAT for the shipping country. Prices are daily prices.

Delivery

Our delivery times depend on which products you purchase. You can see the delivery time for each product. If the product is not in stock, you will receive an email or a call from an employee a few hours after the purchase.

Since we do not have all items in stock, delivery times may vary from approximately 1 to 14 days. Your order will be shipped when all items are packed and ready for dispatch. Therefore, the latest shipping date should be considered the actual shipping date. 97% of all shipments arrive the day after we have sent them from our warehouse.

Delivery of goods is considered to have occurred when Post Danmark or GLS has delivered the item to the specified delivery address, and you have received/signed for the item.

We ship to Denmark, Sweden, Greenland, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Cyprus, Latvia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Estonia, Luxembourg, Finland, Malta, Greece, Hungary, Norway, Ireland, UK, Switzerland. The cost of shipping depends on which country you are sending to and can be seen at checkout. The price depends on the country, the type of goods, and the composition of the cart, including the total cart size.

Shipping

All shipments are sent with Post Nord or GLS.

To track a shipment, you will immediately receive an email from us with a track-and-trace code after we have sent your order. Here you can log in and track your order.

Shipping costs can be seen when items are in the cart and a delivery address has been selected.

Some items are too large for GLS and Post Nord and may incur a delivery fee of 199 or 299 DKK. This applies to pallet deliveries to private addresses. This will be indicated when you proceed to payment.

If it has been agreed with Mamma-shop.com that Post Danmark or GLS may leave the delivery at et specified location at the address, e.g., "May be left in carport" or "Leave at front door" or similar, this is done at your responsibility and risk.
All shipments are insured by Mamma-shop.com. If you discover damage to the package, this must be reported to Mamma-shop.com by contacting contact@mamma-shop.com.

We would like to point out that if your package is not picked up at the Post Office/package box in due time, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In that case, shipping fees will be charged corresponding to our costs.

Payment

All prices on Mamma-shop.com are including VAT and excluding shipping. No money will be withdrawn from your account before the item is shipped. No payment fees are charged on Mamma-shop.com

We offer the following payment options:

1) Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Visa Electron, Diners Club, Mobile Pay, Viabill credit, and EAN invoicing. The payment process is completely simple and takes place over an encrypted and secure connection directly to PBS, which only you and PBS can read. Therefore, no one else can see or store your information. When paying with a credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment overview. You have no deductible in the event that your payment card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system.

2) Viabill. You can read more about this option here: http://www.viabill.com

3)  You have the option to pay with child benefits. This means that you order and receive your goods immediately, but that Mammashop only withdraws the money from your account the next time the child benefits are issued. That is, if you order on the same day that the child benefits come, you will be charged on the same day. If you purchase the day after the child benefits have been paid out, the money for your purchase will only be withdrawn the next time the child benefits are disbursed. If, for some reason, we cannot deliver your order immediately and your order is therefore only delivered after the child benefits are received, we will also only withdraw the money when the goods are shipped. When using our service to pay with child benefits, the total order can be a maximum of 2,000 DKK, including any fees and shipping. It is not possible to combine payment with child benefits and Viabill payment.

You will receive an email when the item is shipped with an invoice and shipping information. 

Right of Withdrawal / Exchange

You have a 999-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. To use the extended return policy compared to the original 14 days according to the Consumer Contracts Act, it requires that these conditions are met.

The withdrawal period expires 999 days after the day you;

1) Have received your item
2) Take physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order, and which are delivered individually
3) Take physical possession of the last batch, or the last part when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of a product that consists of several batches or parts  

You must notify us within 999 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The notification must be sent by email to contact@mamma-shop.com. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.  You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it back. You will find it included with your order confirmation/item - alternatively, you can use our return portal.
                                                                                                                              
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also giving us clear notification of this.

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order. Please note that you will not receive shipping costs back if you withdraw part of your purchase.

Return

You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged securely.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.

For items not picked up at post offices/package shops, you will be charged return shipping in the same way as if you had returned via our return portal.
 
Some items cannot be returned by regular mail due to their nature. This applies to children's beds, larger furniture, etc.
The return costs are expected to amount to approximately 600 DKK. Beds and other furniture are often expensive to return, as they must be transported on pallets. 

Condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
 
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you regret the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount refunded, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as one can in a physical store. You may test the item, but not put it into actual use.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If the purchase is returned later than 30 days after receipt, we may determine that the money should be refunded in the form of a gift card. For example, if the credit card has been blocked in the meantime and we cannot therefore refund the money to the card used.
 
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without unnecessary delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided evidence of having returned it before then.

We would like to point out that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or packages sent to a parcel shop/post office.

What should I include with the return? 

You should enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase, so we can see who the package is from.
Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Exchange

When exchanging, you must pay the shipping costs to have the items sent again.

Right of complaint

When you shop at Mamma-shop.com, you obviously have a 24-month warranty. If the item is damaged, you can send us an email with a description of the damage, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with information on how we will resolve the issue.
This may mean that you either get the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation. This obviously depends on the warranty being justified and that the defect did not arise et as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must report the issue within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.
Therefore, remember to keep your invoice in case a et problem arises. We will refund reasonable shipping costs you may have incurred in connection with the return of the item when the warranty is justified. In practice, this will be the cheapest shipping method. When you return the item, please specify what the problem is, as detailed as possible.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in secure packaging, and get a receipt for shipment, so we can refund your shipping costs. Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

Product Range

In the event that products or models are delayed from the supplier or discontinued et from the range, Mamma-shop.com will inform you of this.
Documentation and guidance: If there are product descriptions and user manuals for the item, these will accompany the delivery from Mamma-shop.com. If you wish for further information or advice, you can contact us at contact@mamma-shop.com. Mamma-shop.com guarantees that the products meet the requirements for CE marking.

Gift Cards

When purchasing a gift card, the card is active for 3 years from the date of purchase. It is possible to use the card in multiple transactions if desired. For example, if you have et a gift card worth 1,000 DKK and use 500 DKK on an order, the remaining 500 will remain on the card to be used later. Et gift cards from Mamma-shop.com are delivered electronically, as a PDF document, where you can download et the gift card, which you can print or send to the gift card recipient. If the card is lost, it is possible to contact customer service to retrieve the code again. You do not pay for shipping when purchasing a gift card!

Personal Information

At Mamma-shop.com, your information is confidential and will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Read more about our data protection policy .

In order for you to enter into an online agreement with Mamma-shop.com, you must register with the following personal information:

• Address  
• Email address 

We register your personal information with the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with Mamma-shop.com and is only deleted if the customer wishes this. However, it is et requirement according to the bookkeeping law that the information is stored for at least 5 years. When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it always occurs with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

Mamma-shop.com is the data controller and is the only one who has access to the information that is registered about you.
The director and employees at Mamma-shop.com have access to the information that is registered about you.

Information provided to Mamma-shop.com is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.
As a registered customer with Mamma-shop.com, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that is registered about you. These rights are granted to you under the Data Protection Act, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Mamma-shop.com via email contact@mamma-shop.com.

Force majeure

As a result of force majeure, Mamma-shop.com's obligations cease. If the period of force majeure lasts longer than 2 months, both you and Mamma-shop.com have the right to terminate the agreement, without any debts being owed to the injurer in such cases. Force majeure includes, among other things, strikes, import/export bans, regardless of whether this occurs at the company or the company's suppliers.

Mamma-shop.com reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions that apply to this website. It is important that you keep yourself informed of any changes.

Complaint access

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Mammashop at contact@mamma-shop.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to the Complaints House, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for the Complaints House.
To be able to complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. It costs et fee to have the complaint processed.
