It can be really difficult to get your child to sleep well. There may be several reasons for this. An important and often overlooked reason why your child does not sleep optimally is the decoration of the bed. If the bed is not lovely and inviting, you will not get your child to sleep in it either. Therefore, some baby bedding with matching cot bumpers would be really good. If these basic things are in order, you will get your baby to sleep – and what parents would not want that?
On this page, you will find lovely baby bedding that is both soft and has a lovely cute motif that both mother and child will love. Much of our baby bedding is also available for adults, meaning that mother and child can have matching bedding! Cool, right?
On this page, you can find lots of lovely baby bedding for both older and younger children. We have a large selection of strong brands, and our range includes colourful designs, lovely patterns and fine neutral sets. You can also find bedding sets in adult sizes, so that both parents' and children's bedding matches.
We place great value on good quality, so you are always guaranteed a good experience with the bedding you buy from us.
When you are looking for baby bedding, your choices will of course depend quite a bit on whether you already have any preferences. Perhaps you prefer organic baby bedding or bedding from a specific brand, for example cam cam baby bedding. It may also be that you simply prefer affordable baby bedding or baby bedding with a name. Or perhaps you simply prefer white baby bedding over a colourful bedding set. Whatever preferences you have, you will be able to find something here on this page that is exactly what you are looking for.
When you are looking for baby bedding, you should be aware that the bedding varies in size depending on how old your child is. During the first couple of years of your child's life, he or she will sleep with a baby duvet. The measurements for these are quite standard, namely baby bedding 70 x 100. Afterwards, it depends greatly on your child's size and which bed your child sleeps in, but the general rule is that you should switch to a junior duvet when your child is 8-12 months old.
The number of bedding sets for your baby depends greatly on your needs. Many parents choose to have two duvets – one for the pram and one for the bed at home. The number of bedding sets can Therefore theoretically be limited to two sets, but This does require you to wash quite Often. Instead, you should have at least 3-4 baby Bedding sets, so you have something to change into and do not have to wash bedding constantly.
However, it can be difficult to limit yourself to only 3-4 sets when we have so many beautiful sets of baby bedding to choose from. Feel free to choose between different Colours and patterns, so it looks a little extra lovely every time you change the bedding.
Not many babies sleep with a pillow, and it is actually not particularly recommended either. However, you will still receive a pillowcase when you buy baby bedding from us. Save them until your child is a little older, as they fit a junior size well. You can also be creative with the pillowcase and use it to sew clothes for your baby or other lovely things. It also works well as a pillowcase for a doll's or teddy bear's pillow.
You should change the baby bedding at the same intervals as you change your own bedding, typically every 14 days. For many babies, however, it may be relevant to change it more frequently if the child, for example, has vomited or has had an accident in their nappy. Apart from these scenarios, there is no reason to change it more frequently than every 14 days.
How do you best preserve the colour of baby bedding?
Baby bedding is often quite colourful or patterned. This is naturally because colours and patterns are really good at stimulating the baby's vision and senses, but it is also super pretty and decorative to look at. In addition, many parents like to buy baby bedding for boys or baby bedding for girls, with colours kept in traditional light blue or light pink.
However, this also means that frequent washing causes the bedding to fade and take on a really dull colour. Here, however, you can follow some good, old, traditional household tips to make the colours last even after frequent washing.
For example, place the baby bedding in a bucket of cold water and vinegar overnight before washing it. This binds the colour to the fabric, so the colour is preserved. If you are in a hurry, you can alternatively simply pour a little vinegar into the washing machine before starting the wash. The vinegar should be poured into the compartment you would normally use for fabric softener.
Also remember to turn the bedding inside out and close the buttons or zip – this means you do not wear out the colours and patterns to the same extent. And you should always wash at 60 degrees, so it gets properly clean and all bacteria disappear.

It is possible to find baby bedding in all price ranges, but there are really good opportunities to find baby bedding on sale. You can advantageously look for baby bedding offers at times of the year when there are normally good offers available, including January as well as baby bedding offers during the summer and November.
You can certainly find affordable baby bedding, but if, for example, you want organic baby bedding, you should expect to pay a little more. The same applies if you only go for branded baby bedding.
You do not have to be the creative type at all to sew your own baby bedding, but it may be a good idea to keep a couple of extra purchased bedding sets in stock in case something goes wrong. First and foremost, you need to go to your local fabric shop and find lovely fabric for baby bedding. Consult the staff there, so you come home with the right fabric.
It must be able to withstand washing at high temperatures, and you should therefore typically choose cotton. Apart from that, you have relatively free rein when it comes to colours and patterns. It is quite easy to sew the bedding yourself, as long as you stick to the measurements that fit the bed and pram respectively. It is simply a rectangular piece of fabric that needs to be sewn together, and you will therefore quickly have a lovely bedding set for your baby. The only thing that can be a little challenging is sewing in a zip. However, you can choose to attach buttons to the bedding set instead – they are easier to work with.
