To return an item to us, you must follow the guide below. If you have a complaint and want to complain about a damaged item, incorrect delivery, or similar, you must contact us before you send the item back. This is because we do not always need to have defective items returned, which is why we ask you to contact us if you experience errors or defects.
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Exchange/return
If you wish to exchange for another item, you will need to place a new order in the shop for the other size/item you wish to buy. You may advantageously return your old order at the same time as you collect your new order at the parcel shop.
