Right of Withdrawal / Exchange

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. To utilize the extended return policy compared to the original 14 days according to the Consumer Agreement Act, the following conditions must be met.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you:

1. Have received your item
2. Take physical possession of the last item when it comes to an agreement about several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
3. Take physical possession of the last batch or the last part when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several batches or parts

You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to contact@mamma-shop.com. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You can choose to use our standard withdrawal form or our return portal – but it is not et mandatory. Any clear notification is sufficient.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also giving us clear notice.

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items – even if they were purchased in one combined order. Note that you only get the delivery costs refunded if you withdraw the entire order. In case of partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded.

 

Return

You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time it is delivered to you until we have received it back.

For uncollected items in post offices/package shops, you will be charged for the return shipping, just as if you had returned via our return portal.

Certain items, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies, for example, to Toddler Beds, larger furniture, etc. The costs for returning such items are expected to amount to approximately 600 DKK, as they must be returned on a pallet.

 

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

In other words – you may try the item in the same way as if you were trying it in a physical store. If the item has been tried beyond this, we consider it used, which may mean that you only receive part of – or in some cases none of – the purchase amount refunded.

To receive the full purchase amount refunded, you must therefore not actually use the item.

 

Refund of purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will carry out the refund using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation that it has been sent back – whichever occurs first.

In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or to parcel shops/post offices.

Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for the purchase, so we can identify the sender.

 

Exchange

In case of an exchange, we ask you to cover the shipping costs for the new shipment.
