Semi-high beds with slides
Mid sleeper beds with slides combine sleep and fun in one solution. The bed functions as both a place to sleep and a play area, where the child can wake up with a smile and slide into the day. There is space under the bed for a play corner or storage. The construction is sturdy and safe, with a ladder and edge protection. Perfect for children who love activity – even before breakfast. The slide makes the bed an experience in itself and adds an extra touch to the room. A popular choice among children and parents.

Play with your mid-sleeper bed
If you ask your child, they will most likely really want a bed with a slide. It is pretty cool (and super fun). For many children, a bed can be boring. Because this is where they sleep. Absolutely nothing else. It takes up half of the children's room, and the child may generally be quite tired of the bed being there. With a mid-sleeper bed, you have the option of creating a den and/or playroom beneath the sleeping area. For example, a play mattress or foam flooring can be laid out so that the space under the bed becomes lovely to play on. This allows you to make even more use of the often limited square metres in the children's room.
To make the mid-sleeper bed even more fun and invite even more play, you can advantageously add a slide. The slide takes up some space in the room, but as you can choose whether it should be on the right or left side, you can adapt the layout so that it takes up as little space in the room as possible. For example, it may be advantageous to place the mid-sleeper bed with slide in the corner so that the slide is flush against the wall. This still gives you plenty of free floor space for play, for example.
On the opposite side of the slide, you mount the ladder so that the child can climb into the bed themselves and take a ride down the slide – super fun.
Many brands
At Mammashop, we stock, among other things, Hoppekids, which is especially known for its beds for babies and children. The extension options and customisations are incredibly numerous, and there are more than 1,000 different combinations with which you can create your bed. Therefore, it can often also be difficult to find exactly the bed, mattress, sheets and possibly curtains that suit your needs.
Hoppekids offers many different qualities, among other things. Some have a lifetime guarantee, while others do not. However, all Hoppekids mid-sleeper beds with slides are Swan Ecolabelled.
To help you make exactly the right choice, our staff are trained in the entire extensive Hoppekids range, so you can always call or email us. We are ready to guide you. It is, of course, completely free.
