If you buy the belly band before childbirth, you can either go by your waist measurement from the 8th month, or alternatively, you can subtract 8-12 cm from your waist measurement shortly before giving birth. If you buy the belly band after your childbirth, measure your current waist size. The waist should be measured at the navel and around.

Size S/M: fits up to size 40 in clothing and et waist measurement up to 98 cm.

Size L/XL: fits size 42-54 in clothing and et waist measurement from 101 to 140 cm.
