Washing instructions
We recommend washing Disana wool items by hand. This is best done in the sink, in cold water, with Disana wool shampoo. Never wring or rub the products, simply press gently through them. Then rinse at the same water temperature and gently squeeze out the water.
If you prefer machine washing, use the wool wash programme, cold and without spinning or only at a maximum of 400 rpm. However, machine washing wool is always at your own risk.
Tip!
If you get stains on the wool product, gall soap is absolutely the best solution.
Stains from stool can also be bleached by placing your wool product in the sun.
Before use, or occasionally for a little extra care, it is also highly recommended to give the wool trousers a lanolin treatment.
Lanolin protects the wool, enhances the water-repellent effect and has antibacterial properties.
