Doomoo Soothing Gel Pad - Cooling or Heating

With its soft and ergonomic design, the gel pad follows the body's contours and sits comfortably in underwear.

The pad is filled with gel beads that provide an even distribution of heat or cold, depending on what the body needs.

Use the gel pad cold to relieve swelling, soreness and discomfort in the perineum or lower abdomen after birth. It also provides a cooling and comfortable feeling for breast engorgement.

Use the gel pad warm for relaxing and soothing warmth over the lower abdomen or back – perfect for menstrual pain or tension. During breastfeeding, it can also provide relief and help promote milk flow.

Two washable covers and 5 disposable covers are included for hygienic and comfortable use.

For cold use: place the pad in the freezer for 2 hours.

For warm use: heat gently in a water bath for 1 minute or in a microwave at 700 W for 15 seconds.
