Cleaning and maintenance
Important: The bamboo lid must not be washed in the dishwasher and must not be soaked. The lid may only be cleaned by hand washing and should be wiped dry immediately after cleaning. Prolonged exposure to moisture and water may cause the bamboo to expand, crack or split over time. To preserve the natural appearance of the bamboo, it is recommended to store the lid dry when not in use.
The water bottle is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the product's appearance and lifespan.
NOTE: As with other stainless steel products, flash rust from iron particles in the dishwasher may occur in rare cases. This does not affect the product's quality or food safety and can normally be easily removed with regular cleaning.
