The insert tray / Yumbox Tray is purchased as an extra accessory for Tapas Lunch Boxes from Yumbox, as it can be practical to have an extra tray to swap with while the other is being washed. It can also be nice to swap the tray in your tapas lunchbox, depending on what type of food you or your child will be bringing.

NOTE regarding use - Tapas 4 and 5 compartments

On the Tapas 4 and Tapas 5 lunchboxes, the silicone grooves in the lid are the same. This means that (in contrast to Panino/Original) the insert trays can be swapped between the two models. Therefore, if you buy a Tapas 4 model, you may be pleased to buy a Tapas 5 tray as well - or vice versa.

The tray is dishwasher safe. The lunchbox itself is, but the insert is not.
