Why use an app during your pregnancy, you might be wondering?
In an app, you can create your very own personal overview. Additionally, the partner can follow along from the sidelines, as men often feel unnecessary during pregnancy. In this way, your partner can gain insight into how your body is doing. At the same time, it gives you the opportunity to seek various information about the process, whether you are a first-time mother or a second or third-time mother. (Possibly a box in the first part of the blog post)
We suggest that you start with the free versions, as they often provide just as good an overview of the process as the paid versions. Below, we will give you an overview of some useful and good apps for pregnancy, as well as the baby's first life. Most of the apps listed here have a fun gimmick that allows the user to share the process with friends and family.
All apps below can be downloaded for both Android and iPhone.
