Pallet shipping:
Some items are too large to be shipped with our standard carriers. Therefore, in some cases, a et pallet fee may be added to the delivery costs. This is because certain shipments need to be booked and sent on pallets for private delivery. This will be indicated when you proceed to payment. Delivery on pallets is to the curb, meaning where the first lift must take place or where the freight truck can stop closest to your home, e.g., sidewalk, doorstep, driveway, or garage.
If you choose pickup without delivery, you have the option to select a pickup location based on your address. This includes post offices, supermarkets, 24-hour boxes, etc.
Save on shipping and pick up from us
You have the opportunity to save on shipping for your order by picking it up from us in Odense S. Just choose 'Pickup in Odense S' as the shipping method when you place the order. You will then have the option to collect it at our office at Sivlandvænget 3, 5260 Odense S. We are open for pickups Monday - Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM and Fridays from 10 AM to 1 PM. However, closed on public holidays.
97% of all shipments arrive to you the day after we have sent it from our warehouse. You may find that we need to split your order into multiple packages. This may be because your shipment is too large to be sent in one package. All shipments are insured so you are covered if the package goes missing or is damaged during transport.
