SkjulPlay with your mid-high bed
If you ask your child, the child will most likely really want a bed with a slide. It's kind of cool (and super fun). For many children, a bed can be boring. Because this is where they sleep. Absolutely nothing else. It takes up half of the children's room, and the child might generally be quite tired of the bed standing there. By having a mid-high bed, you have the opportunity to create a den and/or play area under the sleeping space. For example, you can lay down a play mattress or some foam flooring so that the space under the bed becomes nice to play on. This way, you utilize even more of the often limited square meters available in the children's room.
To make the mid-high bed even more fun and inviting for even more play, you can also add a slide. The slide extends out into the room, but since you can choose whether it should be on the right or left side, you can adjust it in the decor so that it takes up as little space as possible in the room. For example, it might be advantageous to place the mid-high bed with the slide in the corner to let the slide align against the wall. This way, you still have plenty of free floor space for playing.
On the opposite side of the slide, you attach the ladder so that the child can climb up into the bed and take the slide down – super fun.
