Right of withdrawal / Exchange
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. To make use of the extended return policy in relation to the original 14 days pursuant to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, the conditions below must be met.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you:
- Have received your item
- Obtain physical possession of the last item, when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
- Obtain physical possession of the last batch or the last part, when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of an item consisting of several batches or parts
Within 30 days of receipt, you must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notification must be given by sending an email to info@mammashop.dk. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You may choose to use our standard withdrawal form or return via our return system.
How to return an item
1. Go to this page, and fill out the form.
2. Enter your order information.
3. Select which items it concerns.
4. Once you have filled in the information and confirmed, our customer service will review your request and you will hear from us within a couple of business days. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
5. If your return request is approved, you will receive a link with the option to order a return label for drop-off at a parcel shop within 14 days of confirmation.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without at the same time giving us clear notice.
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items – even if they were purchased in one combined order. Please note that you will only be reimbursed the delivery costs if you cancel the entire order. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Returns
You must send the item back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item yourself.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time it is delivered to you until we have received it back.
For uncollected items in post offices/parcel shops, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, in the same way as if you had returned via our return portal.
Due to their nature, certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies, for example, to children's beds, larger furniture, etc. The cost of returning such items is expected not to exceed approx. 600 kr., as these must be returned on a pallet.
The condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
In other words – you may test the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tested beyond this, we consider it used, which may mean that you only receive part of – or in certain cases none of – the purchase amount back.
To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore not put the item into actual use.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation that it has been returned – whichever occurs first.
In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or to a parcel shop/post office.
Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of the purchase so we can identify the sender.
Exchange
In the case of an exchange, we ask that you bear the shipping costs for the new shipment yourself.
