Price Guarantee
1. Definition and purpose
Price Guarantee is a voluntary, time-limited service that the customer may choose when purchasing on Mammashop.dk, Mammashop.se or Mamma-shop.com. The service entitles the customer to compensation in the form of a et credit on Mammashop, if the price of one or more items covered by the purchase falls within the specified period.
The Price Guarantee does not constitute an insurance service under the Insurance Contracts Act, but a separate service agreement between House of Mammashop ApS and the customer.
2. Validity period
The Price Guarantee takes effect at the time of completed purchase and is valid for 60 calendar days from the purchase date. After the period expires, the customer's right to compensation lapses automatically without further notice.
3. Scope and area of application
3.1. The Price Guarantee can be selected during checkout at the displayed price. and covers the entire order, regardless of the number of items.
3.2. The Price Guarantee applies exclusively to items purchased on Mammashop.dk, Mammashop.se and Mamma-shop.com.
3.3. It covers price reductions on identical items (same item number, EAN/SKU, color, size, etc.) sold by House of Mammashop ApS within the valid period.
3.4. The Price Guarantee also covers price reductions on individual items in connection with campaigns where the specific item is discounted individually.
3.5. The Price Guarantee does not include:
- price reductions resulting from the use of campaign or discount codes,
- pricing errors or typing errors,
- price reductions as part of bundles, bundle or similar combination offers,
- outlet items or products marked as discontinued assortment.
3.6. House of Mammashop ApS reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Price Guarantee scheme with prospective effect. Changes do not affect agreements already entered into.
4. Compensation
4.1. Compensation is provided in the form of a et credit balance on the customer's Mammashop account corresponding to the price difference between the original price and the reduced price.
4.2. The credit balance cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be transferred to a third party.
4.3. The credit balance must be used within 30 days from the date of issue, after which it automatically lapses without refund.
4.4. The credit balance may be used as a means of payment for future purchases on Mammashop.dk, Mammashop.se or Mamma-shop.com.
5. Request for compensation
5.1. The customer must document the price drop by submitting the following information to Mammashop's customer service:
- et screenshot of the lower price,
- et link to the relevant item,
- your order number,
- the original price, the current price, and the calculated difference.
5.2. The inquiry must be made via the chat function on Mammashop's website or via the contact details stated সেখানে.
5.3. The request will be processed within 7 business days from receipt.
5.4. The customer may submit multiple requests within the 60-day period if the price of the item should fall < further.
6. Relation to other rights
6.1. Choosing Price Protection does not affect the customer’s right of withdrawal or right to complain under applicable consumer law.
6.2. Price Protection constitutes an additional service that the customer voluntarily chooses and pays for, and which is governed solely by these terms.
6.3. The ordinary terms and conditions of sale and privacy policy of House of Mammashop ApS apply in all other respects.
7. Documentation on order confirmation
Choosing Price Protection is shown as et a separate product on the customer’s order confirmation and/or invoice, with the price and validity period stated.
