Return portal

To return an item to us, you must follow the guide below. If you have a complaint and want to complain about a damaged item, wrong delivery, or similar, you should contact us before sending the item back. We do not always need defective items returned, which is why we ask you to contact us if you experience any faults or deficiencies.

You must return your order to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Exchange/Return

If you wish to exchange for another item, you will need to place a new order on the shop for the other size/item you wish to buy. You can conveniently return your old order at the same time as you pick up your new order at the parcel shop. A GLS return label costs 48 kr., which will be deducted from your refund.

Complaint

If the item is broken, you should send us an email. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with complaints over the phone, as it requires pictures of the fault to help you.

Did you receive a gift?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to refund money to et any card other than the one used in the shop at the time of purchase.
