If you buy the belly band after your childbirth, measure your current waist size. The waist should be measured at the navel and around.

Size S/M: fits up to size 40 in clothing and et waist measurement up to 98 cm.

Size L/XL: fits size 42-54 in clothing and et waist measurement from 101 to 140 cm.
