I learned, when my first child was a baby, that little ones should wear a hat/sleep with a hat in all months containing an 'R'. That is, only May, June, July and August are exempt. But do still check May, as it can be a tricky one.

Disana's knitted wool hat protects baby's sensitive head and gently wraps it in warm, soft organic merino wool.

With a special cut and extra fine flat seams, nothing pinches or feels uncomfortable, even when baby is lying down.

Two wide, flexible knitted ties also prevent the hat from slipping.

Washing instructions

We recommend washing Disana wool items by hand. This is best done in the sink, in cold water, with Disana wool shampoo. Never wring or rub the products, simply press them gently. Then rinse at the same water temperature and gently squeeze out the water.

If you prefer machine washing, use the wool wash programme, cold and without spinning or only at max. 400 rpm. However, machine washing wool is always at your own risk.

Tip!

If you get stains on the wool product, gall soap is the absolute best solution.

Stains from faeces can also be bleached by placing your wool product in the sun.

Before use, or occasionally for some extra care, it is also highly recommended to treat the nappy pants with lanolin.

Lanolin protects the wool, enhances the water-repellent effect and has an antibacterial effect.
