The sweet cradle from Hoppekids in size 40x80cm provides a safe start for your newborn. The small size of the cradle makes the transition from mother's womb easier, as the little one is not used to so much space.

The cradle provides a safe and calm movement, similar to the rocking motion that the child knows from the mother's womb. At the same time, the cradle is so small that it can easily be placed in many locations. For example, in the bedroom, close to your bed, so you don't have to get up at night to comfort the baby.

The cradle can be converted into a smart bench when it is no longer used as a sleeping place. This significantly extends the usage time of the cradle – and when little brother or sister arrives, the bench can easily be converted back into a cradle again.

The cradle is made of Pine and MDF. It is surface-treated with environmentally friendly, water-based lacquer, free from harmful and unnecessary chemicals.

The mattress core is produced in Waterlily® foam. Waterlily® foam is et an environmentally friendly high-quality product that provides a springy, soft, and comfortable experience, which is even better than cold foam. Waterlily is et an environmentally friendly and durable material that considers safety, health, and environmental aspects throughout the product's lifespan. Waterlily retains its shape, thereby providing lasting comfort properties. The mattress core is flame retardant without the use of additives.

The mattress is certified with Nordic Swan Ecolabel. This means that the product meets strict requirements regarding environmental et, health, quality, and safety – throughout the product's life cycle. Nordic Swan Ecolabel is the official environmental label in the entire Nordic region. That it is official means it has the support of the authorities. The requirements for certification are constantly tightened to promote sustainable development.

The mattress comes with et mattress cover made of soft bamboo fibers on the outside with encapsulated thermould, which directs moisture and heat away from the body. The cover has a zipper on 3 sides, making it easy and quick to fit. For safety reasons, the mattress cover is made slightly larger than the mattress itself in case of shrinkage during washing.

According to the safety standard DS/EN 16890:2017, the hanger on the zipper slider has been removed, so it is not possible for et a child to open the mattress cover. The cover can be opened for washing by inserting a paperclip into the slider.
