Safety and Use

Moonboon's springs are specially designed for our products and are matched to the child's weight to achieve the right calming effect and the highest safety.

The spring that comes with the hammock is suitable for children weighing between 3-12 kg.

The hammock is 100% GOTS-certified.

The hammock is not suitable for children who can sit, kneel, or pull themselves up.

Read and understand the user manual that comes with the product/products before using it/them.

Washing

The hammock is delivered pre-washed, so you can use it directly after unpacking.

If you need to wash it, it should be done by hand at just over 40°C.

Remove the kapok mattress and support base before washing.

Stretch the hammock back to its original shape when it is wet to avoid shrinking.

It is recommended that you do not wash your kapok mattress, but instead shake it regularly and hang it outside to air out in dry weather.

Do not wash the hammock in the washing machine, as the metal rings may damage your washing machine.

Do not use bleach, avoid chemical cleaning, and do not tumble dry.

Some items are too large to be shipped with our standard carriers. Therefore, in some cases, a et pallet fee may be added to the delivery costs. This is because certain shipments need to be booked and sent on pallets for private delivery. This will be indicated when you proceed to payment. Delivery on pallets is to the curb, meaning where the first lift must take place or where the freight truck can stop closest to your home, e.g., sidewalk, doorstep, driveway, or garage.

If you choose delivery without distribution, you have the option to select a pickup location based on your address. This includes post offices, supermarkets, 24-hour boxes, etc.

Save on shipping and pick up from us

You have the opportunity to save on shipping for your order by picking it up from us in Odense S. Just select 'Pickup in Odense S' as the shipping method when you place your order. Then you will have the option to collect it at our office at Sivlandvænget 3, 5260 Odense S. We are open for pickups every weekday from 10 AM to 3 PM.

97% of all shipments arrive to you the day after we have sent them from our warehouse. You may find that we are forced to split your order into multiple packages. This may be due to your shipment being too large to be sent in one package. All shipments are insured so you are covered if the package gets lost or damaged during transport.

With us, you always have a 30-day full return policy and unlimited exchanges.

This means that you can ALWAYS return and get your money back within 30 days of receipt.
