Cleaning and maintenance

Important: The bamboo lid must not be washed in the dishwasher and must not be soaked. The lid may only be cleaned by hand washing and should be dried immediately after cleaning. Prolonged exposure to moisture and water can cause the bamboo to expand, crack, or split over time. To preserve the natural appearance of the bamboo, it is recommended to store the lid dry when not in use.

The water bottle is dishwasher safe, but to preserve the product's appearance and lifespan, hand washing is recommended.

NOTE: As with other stainless steel products, in rare cases flash rust may occur from iron particles in the dishwasher. This does not affect the product's quality or food safety and can normally be easily removed with regular cleaning.
