Cleaning and maintenance
Important: The bamboo lid must not be washed in the dishwasher or soaked. The lid may only be cleaned by hand washing and should be dried immediately after cleaning. Prolonged exposure to moisture and water can cause the bamboo to expand, crack or split over time. To preserve the natural appearance of the bamboo, it is recommended to store the lid in a dry place when not in use.
The water bottle is dishwasher-safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the product's appearance and lifespan.
Note: As with other stainless steel products, surface rust from iron particles in the dishwasher may occur in rare cases. This does not affect the product's quality or food safety and can usually be easily removed with regular cleaning.
