Delivery on pallets is to the curb, meaning where the first lift must take place or where the freight truck can stop nearest to your home, e.g., sidewalk, doorstep, driveway, or garage.

If you choose pickup, you have the option to select a pickup location based on your address. This includes post offices, supermarkets, 24-hour lockers, etc.

Save on shipping and pick up from us

You have the option to save on shipping for your order by picking it up from us in Odense S. Just select 'Pickup in Odense S' as the shipping method when you place the order. You will then have the opportunity to collect it at our office at Sivlandvænget 3, 5260 Odense S. We are open for pickups every weekday from 10 AM to 3 PM.

This may be due to your shipment being too large to send in one package. All shipments are insured so you are covered if the package goes missing or is damaged during transport.
