Sistema Ocean Bound is a series of lunch box products made from 50% recycled ocean-bound plastic. Plastic waste is collected from land, coasts, waterways, rivers, and beaches to prevent it from ending up on the ocean floor. The collected plastic is cleaned and refined through recycling processes. Refined ocean-bound plastic is mixed with new plastic material, and from the combined plastic materials, new food-approved storage series and high-quality water bottles are molded.

Ocean-bound plastic refers to plastic waste that has been improperly disposed of on land, coasts, waterways, and rivers, posing a risk of contaminating the ocean. Plastic waste generated within a radius of 50 km from coastlines is often poorly managed and can potentially become marine debris.
