Measurements and specifications

Material: Plastic - free from BPA and phthalates. Of this, at least 50% recycled ocean-bound plastic.

Usage: Suitable for freezer and microwave (without lid).

Cleaning: Can be washed in the dishwasher on the top shelf, but for increased durability, hand washing is recommended.

Sistema Ocean Bound is a series of lunch box products made from 50% recycled ocean-bound plastic. Plastic waste is collected from land, coasts, waterways, rivers, and beaches to prevent it from ending up on the bottom of the ocean. The collected plastic is cleaned and refined through recycling processes. Refined ocean-bound plastic is mixed with new plastic material, and from the combined plastic materials, new food-grade storage series and high-quality drinking bottles are molded.

Ocean-bound plastic refers to plastic waste that has been improperly disposed of on land, coasts, waterways, and rivers, posing a risk of polluting the ocean. Plastic waste generated within a radius of 50 km from coastal stretches is often poorly managed and can potentially become marine debris.

All Sistema products are 100% free from BPA, phthalates, and other harmful substances.
