MammaShop works in many ways like a physical store, even though we are a webshop.

The goal of MammaShop is to make it easy for you to shop for everything for mom and baby, and therefore we have decided to provide you with answers to the most frequently asked questions over the years right here.
We have divided the questions/answers into four subcategories to give you a better overview:

1. Ordering, payment, and security
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 1-3 working days for items in stock. All products are in stock unless otherwise stated in the product text. If we find out that your item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or email regarding any potential longer delivery time.
Is it safe to shop at MammaShop.dk?
Yes, you can always feel safe when shopping at MammaShop. We do not store any card information, and all handling of card information is done via secure SSL encryption and the banks' latest security technology, 3D-Secure.
How do I pay?
You can pay with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, Mobilepay, or ViaBill. There are no fees for credit card payments at MammaShop.dk, so no larger amount than what you have approved at the purchase will ever be deducted. The purchase amount is reserved on your card at the moment you complete your payment. The amount is only charged when the goods have been shipped from the warehouse.
What do I do if I have changes to my order?
Once your order is completed, you cannot change the order. If you want to cancel or add items to your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel the order before it is shipped from the warehouse. After that, you will need to place a completely new order on the website with the correct items.
How do I shop at MammaShop?
- Find the items you want to buy at MammaShop.dk
- Add them to your shopping cart and then go to checkout
- Enter your personal information and choose the shipping method
- Agree to our terms of trade
- Check that all your information is correct
- Then click "complete order"
- Enter your card information on the payment page
- Then click "complete payment"
- You will receive an order confirmation by email (if you want to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send us an email)
You must be at least 18 years old to shop at MammaShop. If you are under 18, you must have consent from your parents.
2. Exchanges and returns
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, you always have a 100-day return policy when you shop at MammaShop. This means you have 100 days from the time you receive your entire order to change your mind about your purchase. You cannot change your mind by refusing to accept the item if you have not clearly informed us of this within the cancellation period.
What do I do if I regret my purchase?
You need to return your order in its original packaging along with a completed return slip. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with a return without an exchange. Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
How do I exchange an item?
Order the correct item on MammaShop.dk, and return the incorrect order in its original packaging along with a completed return slip (remember to write the order number of your new order on the return slip). We will cover the return shipping costs associated with an exchange if you use our return label. Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will send your new order free of charge with GLS.
What do I do if I received the wrong item?
Order the correct item on MammaShop.dk, and return the wrong item in its original packaging along with a completed return slip (remember to write the order number of your new order on the return slip). We will cover the return shipping costs associated with an exchange if you use our return label. Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will send your new item free of charge with GLS or refund the purchase amount to your account.
Can I exchange my item if I have tried it on?
Yes, of course. You may always try the item on in the same way you would if you tried it in a physical store. However, if you regret your purchase, the item must not be used beyond that.
Can I get my money back if I regret a purchase?
Yes, of course. However, you are responsible for any depreciation in value of the item. You may always try the item on in the same way you would if you tried it in a physical store, but if we assess that the item has been used beyond that, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back. We will, of course, contact you if that is the case.
3. Delivery and damaged goods
When will you send my items?
All items ordered on weekdays before 2 PM are shipped the same day and can be expected to be delivered the next day. If you order items on weekends or public holidays, your order will be packed and shipped from the warehouse on the first working day possible.
Can I have the items sent to a different address than my own?
Yes, of course. You just need to add a delivery address under the “delivery address” tab. Your order will automatically be sent to the billing address unless you add a delivery address.
Who delivers my items?
We send our orders with GLS or Post Danmark. You need to choose the shipping method when you purchase items on MammaShop.dk. You can choose between GLS PakkeShop (free), GLS Business (free), Post Danmark without delivery (39 kr.) or Post Danmark with delivery (59 kr.).
I have not received my package, what should I do?
If you have not received your item, you should contact us within 2 weeks by email or phone so we can trace the package in our system. If we do not hear from you within two weeks, we will assume that you have received your package.
The package was damaged when I received it?
If you discover that your package has been damaged during transport, you must report the damage to GLS or Post Danmark at the time of pickup/delivery, depending on who delivered your goods. If you only notice the damage after opening the package, you should contact MammaShop before returning the item, and we will find a solution.
What should I do if my item is defective?
If you find that your item is defective, you should contact MammaShop before returning the item, and we will find a solution.
4. Pickup
Can I see and pick up my items at MammaShop?
No, MammaShop.dk is a webshop. This means that there is no physical store where you can see and pick up your items. The address provided on the website is for our warehouse in Aarhus. In most cases, however, you can return your items to our warehouse address if you contact us beforehand.
