Can I use the swing for children under 3 years old even though the recommendation says otherwise?

If you buy a sensory swing, you will notice that it is marked on the packaging that it is not recommended for children under 3 years. This recommendation is made based on the applicable rules and legislation from the state and safety authorities.

A swing will never be recommended for children under 3 years old. The rules for toys and playground equipment are very strict for children under 3 years. This means that as a manufacturer, you cannot omit this signage. The law does not take into account that many people install the sensory swing low to the ground in the living room, where the baby can be gently rocked to sleep. Therefore, it is perfectly fine to use a sensory swing for this "living room use" without problems. Just remember to use a baby nest or place cushions around the edge so that the child cannot roll out. If you choose Krea Sensory Swing, the problem will be limited, as the child will automatically fall towards the center. However, it is important to be aware that the child may fall out when it starts to turn over onto its stomach and move forward. Always remember to supervise the baby when it is in the sensory swing.

- Never swing wildly with a baby in it
